Sauna Safety
Good clean fun
We keep a tidy ship. Please arrive clean and rinse off using the outdoor shower prior to entering the sauna and plunge. Between every booking, we use all-natural cleaners to ensure the sauna interior is clean and completely germ-free. Our cold plunge has an integrated filtration and ozone generation system to ensure a clean plunge.
Suit up, shoes off
A bathing suit makes it easy to hop outside for a cold rinse or plunge. Please leave shoes outside of the sauna or in the changing area. We recommend removing all jewelry/watches as metal can heat up when inside the sauna.
Drink your liquids
Before, during, and after a sauna session is a great time to hydrate. Metal water bottles should be left out of the sauna as these can get hot to the touch. No alcohol in the sauna. Imbibing at high temps is dangerous and we don’t allow it.

A flat, level surface of 10 x 20 feet is essential for safe placement and use of the sauna. Once you book, we review your location and site description. We will reach out if we have concerns and may require that you or a designated person be present for the drop-off.
Please note that our tow vehicle needs sufficient space in front of your property to back in the sauna trailer onto your property.
For your safety, the team member delivering the sauna has the right to refuse rental if there is no safe place to leave the sauna.
-
For your safety, the sauna cannot be moved by renters under any circumstance. If you move it, you will be held liable for any damages to the sauna trailer, property, and any harm to any individuals.

The sauna is powered by a propane tank which will be connected to the sauna heater for you upon drop-off. The sauna control box is a black wall panel on your left as soon as you enter the sauna changing room.
To turn the sauna on, simply turn the temperature dial (uppermost dial) clockwise to your desired temperature range. We recommend the highest setting initially to get the sauna warmed up. Then, turn the timing dial clockwise to your desired duration (in minutes).
The sauna will take about 45-60 minutes to reach optimal temperatures. When finished with your sauna session, the sauna heater will automatically turn off once the timer expires.
Note: the sauna heater is propane-powered and enclosed in a steel enclosure. Sounds such as hisses and pops are normal and occur naturally as the metal and wood expand and contract.
-
We play it on the safe side and provide more than enough fuel for each rental. In the event that the propane does run out, please contact us.
