With the holiday season in full swing, it's easy to get caught up in the hustle. Take some time to prioritize your physical and mental well-being in nature and with others.
You will start your day with a slow Vinyasa yoga flow led by Hannah Kaighin (RYT 500). This practice will help you connect with your body and mind, releasing tension and stress. Once yoga has concluded, Hannah will lead the group in a sound bath meditation to help you unwind and find inner peace.
After, you’re invited to fully unwind in Sundrop’s outdoor bathhouse. Cycle between the contrast of hot and cold in the sauna and cold plunge. Enjoy light snacks and beverages in the lounge as you relax and connect with others.
Each attendee will receive a goodie bag with a few items to continue practicing self-care.
