Take some time to prioritize your physical and mental well-being in nature and with others.
You will start your day with a restorative Vinyasa flow led by Hannah Kaighin (RYT 500). This practice will help you connect with your body and mind, releasing tension and stress, and help you enter your flow state. Hannah will fiinish the yoga with a healing sound bath meditation.
After, you’re invited to fully unwind in Sundrop’s outdoor bathhouse. Cycle between the contrast of hot and cold in the sauna and cold plunge. Enjoy light snacks and beverages in the lounge as you relax and connect with others.

Yoga mat and outdoor blanket (for sound meditation)
