Breathwork, Sauna, and Tonics under the full moon.
We’re back with another breathwork session designed to help you let go of what no longer serves you. (AKA Let all that shit go!). As November’s supermoon rises, we’ll harness its energy to reflect, release, and renew.
Brittany Hatcher of B the Vibe Co will guide you through a dynamic breathwork session with techniques that encourage deep emotional release, allowing you to fully feel and process your feelings. With each breath, you'll give yourself a chance to let go of old patterns, limiting beliefs, and anything that weighs you down, creating space for clarity and growth. We’ll close with a calming reflection, inviting you to share insights or intentions with the group, fostering a sense of community and support.
Following breathwork, you’re invited to fully reset inside the sauna and cold plunge. The contrast between hot and cold will help serve to strengthen your body and mind. The outdoor lounge offers a space to ground yourself, reflect on your journey, and connect with others. We will be serving up herbal tonics (Non-alc) and tea for you to enjoy and hydrate.
What to bring:
Comfortable clothes and warm layers (This is an outdoor class!)
Yoga mat and/or outdoor blanket for breathwork
Bathing suit & towel for sauna/cold plunge
Flip-flops/slides
Robe (optional)
